When we contact a business about our service, we may hold the business name, address, website, a general or named business email address, a phone number, the name and role of the person we speak to, and notes of our conversations, quotes and bookings.
Publicly available sources such as the business's own website, business directories and Companies House, or directly from you when you contact us or book.
To introduce our service to businesses that may benefit from it, to answer enquiries, and to deliver work that has been booked. For marketing to businesses we rely on our legitimate interests under UK GDPR, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. For enquiries and bookings we rely on taking steps to enter into and perform a contract.
We send a short introduction and at most two follow-ups. Reply "no thanks" to any message, or email disha@viewpointtours.co.uk, and we will stop and record that you do not want to hear from us. We do not call numbers registered with the TPS or CTPS.
Prospect details are deleted 12 months after our last contact if there has been no reply. Customer records are kept for six years for tax purposes.
We do not sell or share your details. Tour hosting is provided by Matterport, Inc. under its own privacy policy.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing disha@viewpointtours.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
